Dr Emma Derbyshire is an award-winning health and nutrition writer.  She is the author of the successful academic text  “Nutrition in the Childbearing Years” published by Wiley Blackwell which sold internationally.  She has further published in over 150 prestigious and popular journals, with many of these receiving top citation/impact metrics and being cited widely in media sectors.
